Morning,

I just wanted to say thank you to the mini lorry driver that delivered the skip to Borough Green, TN15 this morning.

He had been told not to put it over our gate where we’ve previously had it because it can only have a mini lorry to collect and the other drivers don’t like to climb over the low gate to attach the locks but I explained it needs to be over the gate because of keeping the dogs and young children in away from the main road. He was very accommodating and nothing was a problem.

I’m sure people like to tell you their complaints rather than their praises so please pass on my thanks to the driver.

I just wanted to say that I've had a really good experience hiring from your company. We had the same driver deliver and pick up our skip and he remembered which car was ours, and politely asked us if we could move it and then I could hear him talking to my partner both times that he came. He is very friendly and professional. When I phoned to say the skip was ready for collection I also spoke to a very friendly, polite and professional person, who I believe was called Summer. If I ever need a skip in the future it will definitely be your company I chose and if anyone I know ever needs a skip I'll be recommending your company.

Hi - Just a note to say that I really appreciated the assistance from Chris who attended at the Poppy Shop yesterday (10th Feb). He was able to move the skip right up to our loading bay and helped us load over 40 heavy and large boxes and made sure to maximise space to fit everything in.

He diligently picks up all the litter and it makes such a difference to the environment and shows how much Pinden cares about the area around the site.
